For the collector whose wrist exceeds 19cm (7.5 inches), while we are yet to offer a custom pillow solution, rest assured that your watches can still call the Fraser watch case home. Although watches with bracelets and deployant clasps may not fit as snugly around the pillows, they will be held in place by the cushioned lid.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MIND

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.

This is a high-quality product, which I am very satisfied with. The service is top-notch. My wrist size is just shy of 7". It's important to mention wrist size to get the most appropriate pillows. The ones I received with my order fit my bracelets perfectly with no stretch. I am very happy, as my previous watch box had pillows that were too big and too inflexible. These pillows have the correct size and amount of give. The felt also grips the walls slightly so that I can angle the watches perfectly for viewing. The bottom drawer will stop when fully extended without falling out - a great safety feature. Love it. Well done, Tawbury. An easy 5 stars.

Bayswater 12 slot watch box goodness

I did a lot of research on watch boxes before taking the plunge and opting to buy the beautiful Tawbury Bayswater 12 slot box with the drawer. My choice was largely determined by the terrific reviews I read before hand. And despite having read all these superlative reviews, I was still blown away by the quality and craftsmanship that has gone into this hefty item. As a result, I feel compelled to add one more 5 star review of my own to the list.
This watch box exceeded my expectations, high as they were, by far. It is gorgeous, it is solid, it is beautifully made and it is the best box I have ever had for my watches. It is also at a better price point than the bigger name brands.
After the box arrived, I contacted Jon at Tawbury via the web site to ask when the small watch pillows would be back in stock as I needed them for my watches that had bracelets. Despite taking a break at the time, Jon responded to me almost immediately and said he happened to have some with him and could get them in the post to me the next day.
That level of customer service is rare if not non-existent elsewhere and it really put the icing on the cake for me. Here is a man that cares about what he does and it really shows, not least in the outstanding quality and value for money of the beautiful boxes he makes.
I can't recommend strongly enough that you should buy a Tawbury watch box. You will be over the moon when you see it in the flesh (or vegan leather).
