Orders & Shipping
Do you ship to my location?
We ship to a range of regions, including the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia.
For a full list of available destinations, please refer to our Shipping Policy. Shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
How can I order if you don’t ship to my location?
If we don’t currently ship to your location, you may be able to use a mail forwarding (or package forwarding) service such as MyUS or Shipito.
You can also check our global Amazon stores, where availability may vary by region.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple locations depending on your region to ensure faster delivery where possible.
- United States orders are shipped from Denison, Texas
- Australia and New Zealand orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW
- Asia orders are shipped from Southern China
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being dispatched.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Australia: 2–5 business days
- New Zealand: 4–8 business days
- Asia: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and during peak periods.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Orders delivered within the United States and Australia are shipped domestically, so no import duties or additional taxes apply.
For other regions, including New Zealand and Asia, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer complimentary returns on all orders delivered within the United States and Australia.
For New Zealand and Asia, returns are accepted, however customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and select “Return request” on the contact form.
Include your order number and the reason for your return, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.
What warranty do you offer?
Watch boxes and travel cases are covered by a 2-year warranty, while watch pillows are covered by a 1-year warranty, from the date of purchase.
This covers manufacturing faults under normal use. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

What if I choose the wrong pillow size with my watch box or travel case?
If you select the wrong pillow size, we’re happy to help arrange an exchange.
Where possible, we’ll aim to exchange the pillows only, so there’s no need to return your watch box or travel case.

How do I choose the right pillow size?
As a general guide, smaller wrists typically require smaller pillows, while larger wrists are better suited to standard sizes.
You can select your preferred pillow size when ordering on our website.

Are your pillows interchangeable between collections?
Each collection uses a different internal design, so pillows are made specifically to fit that collection.
While some pillows may fit in other Tawbury boxes or cases, this can vary depending on the design, and we recommend using pillows with their intended collection for the best fit and appearance.
Are your pillows compatible with other brands?
Our pillows may be compatible with other watch boxes, depending on the width of the compartments.
As designs can vary between brands, we recommend comparing the width of your box compartments with the pillow dimensions to ensure a suitable fit.
How can I order a watch box from Amazon and select smaller pillows?
Watch boxes purchased on Amazon come with standard size pillows.
As these products are stored and fulfilled by Amazon, we’re unable to customise pillow sizes for those orders. Smaller pillow sizes can be purchased separately if needed.
Do your watch boxes fit larger watches?
Our watch boxes are designed to accommodate a wide range of watch sizes, including larger case diameters.
However, as watches can vary in size and thickness, we recommend checking the product dimensions to ensure a suitable fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Can the compartments inside the watch boxes be adjusted or removed?
The watch compartments in our products are fixed and cannot be removed or adjusted.

Our products are manufactured with trusted partners in China.
We work closely with our suppliers and carry out regular in-person quality control checks to maintain a consistent high standard across production.
Do you offer personalisation?
We do not currently offer personalisation.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping.

Do You Offer Military Discount?
At this time, we don’t offer a dedicated military discount, as we aim to keep our pricing as fair and consistent as possible for all customers.
