Absolutely. Despite using terms such as “watch boxes for men” across our website and Amazon, our products can be used by all genders. Such gender specific terms are purely used to increase our visibility online. When browsing our products, please consider the included pillow sizes and whether there are smaller sizes available, which may be more suitable for more slender wrists.
Please refer to the pillow size guide in the product images of your chosen product.
AU & Asia customers – Yes. By default, if you add a set of smaller pillows to your order, then this quantity will replace the standard pillows. Please contact us if you require both the standard and smaller pillows included.
US customers – No, sorry. Smaller replacement pillows will be shipped in addition to your watch box. Your items will be shipped from Amazon warehouses and therefore we are unable to swap out the required pillows before shipping.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy to see if we ship to your location. If we do not currently ship to your location, you can find our products on most Amazon stores globally.
AU orders – Depending on stock availability, orders are either fulfilled from our Sydney warehouse or Amazon warehouses in NSW and VIC.
US orders - US orders are fulfilled from Amazon warehouses across the US. The ship from location will always be your most local warehouse based on stock availability.
SE Asia orders – All orders to South-East Asia are shipped from China.
AU – Including processing, the average shipping time to most metro areas is 4-6 days, and 15-20 days for regional areas, TAS and WA. Please contact us before placing your order using the contact form to discuss the availability of express shipping.
US – All orders are shipped with an expedited service. Including processing and dispatch, the average shipping time to most metro areas is 3 days, and 7 days for regional areas.
SE Asia – Including processing and dispatch, the average shipping time is 4-8 days.
We do not, sorry. We are an exclusively online business, with no customer-facing premises. We do offer free shipping to AU and US customers for orders over $100.
Returns & Warranty
Of course. We will accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of an item, and it’s confirmed that the item is unused, in its original packaging and in a resellable condition. Please read our Refund Policy for more details. Simply use the contact form to initiate a return request.
As per our Refund Policy, the barer of return shipping costs will depend on the reason for an item’s return. If an item is deemed to be defective, TAWBURY will cover any return shipping costs. If a return is due to an accidental order or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and this instance, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Please read our Refund Policy for more details.
Providing that on the Amazon detail page it states that the product is “Sold by TAWBURY”*, then yes, your order is covered by our warranty.
*Alternative global Amazon account names such as TAWBURY AU or TAWBURY EU also qualify.
