Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Tawbury. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and components

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

We offer complimentary returns on orders delivered within the United States and Australia.

For orders delivered to New Zealand and Asia, returns are accepted, however customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

We will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item.


Return Timeframe

Once your return request has been approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days.

Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe may no longer be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, the original purchase price of the goods will be refunded.

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Non-Accepted Returns

Items that are returned in a condition that prevents resale will not be accepted. This includes items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Incomplete
  • Contaminated

In these cases, a refund will not be issued.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. Return shipping costs will be covered where applicable.


Additional Notes

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

We reserve the right to assess all returned items to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
