This Shipping Policy outlines how and where Tawbury orders are fulfilled and delivered.

Fulfilment Locations

We ship from multiple locations depending on your region to ensure faster delivery where possible:

  • United States orders are shipped from Denison, Texas
  • Australia and New Zealand orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW
  • Orders to other regions are shipped from our international warehouse

In some cases, United States orders may be fulfilled via Amazon to maintain delivery speed and availability.

  • Australia

  • Hong Kong

If we don’t currently ship to your location, you may be able to use a mail forwarding (or package forwarding) service such as MyUS or Shipito.

You can also check our global Amazon stores, where availability may vary by region.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being dispatched.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Australia: 2–5 business days
  • New Zealand: 4–8 business days
  • Asia: 2–8 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and during peak periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

We offer free shipping on eligible orders within the United States and Australia.


Duties & Taxes

Orders delivered within the United States and Australia are shipped domestically, so no import duties apply.

For other regions, import duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.


Refused Delivery

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import duties or taxes, it may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier.

Any costs incurred as a result, including return shipping and handling fees, will be deducted from any eligible refund.

If the shipment is not returned to us, a refund may not be possible.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Missing Package

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. You are also welcome to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly and that your order can be received or collected when required.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier, the shipment may be returned to us.

If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.

If you choose not to proceed with reshipment, a refund may be issued for the cost of the goods, excluding any original and return shipping costs incurred.

If the shipment is not returned to us, a refund may not be possible.
