Returns
Overview
We offer complimentary returns on all orders delivered within the United States and Australia.
For orders delivered to New Zealand and Asia, returns are accepted, however customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, the original purchase price of the goods will be refunded.
Conditions
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all components included.
Items that are damaged, incomplete, or contaminated will not be accepted, as they cannot be resold, and a refund will not be issued.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return shipping where applicable.
Warranty
All Tawbury products are covered by a warranty from the date of purchase.
Watch boxes and travel cases are covered by a 2-year warranty, while watch pillows are covered by a 1-year warranty.
This covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
