TAWBURY warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship of which adversely affect the operation or safety of a product, for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

The product must have been purchased via our website, one of our global Amazon stores or any other authorised dealer. For Amazon purchases, the product must have been purchased as "new".


To initiate a claim, contact us at support@tawbury.com or via our contact form with your purchase details and a description of the issue.

TAWBURY will only consider such claims when clear evidence of the fault or damage is provided.


You'll need to provide a copy of your receipt or any other proof of purchase.


Once we receive your claim, we will assess the defect. If it falls under our warranty coverage, we will proceed with the repair or replacement.


TAWBURY will cover all shipping costs for the return of defective items within the warranty period.


We aim to resolve warranty claims promptly. If your product is found to be defective, we will either repair it or provide a replacement. Only when a product is no longer available will you receive a full refund. The refund will be refunded back to the original payment method.


The warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

No TAWBURY product should be exposed to direct sunlight, moisture, extreme heat or cold.
