WATCH PILLOWS

Every Grove luxury wooden watch box is equipped with standard-sized pillows, tailored to accommodate wrist sizes from 16.5 to 19cm (6.5 to 7.5 inches).

Should your wrist size be on the more slender side, we have developed a smaller alternative, which we will launch in June 2024. In the meantime, you can still enjoy a Grove wooden watch display case, however, your watches on bracelets may need to be stored with open clasps.

For the collector whose wrist exceeds 19cm (7.5 inches), while we are yet to offer a custom pillow solution, rest assured that your watches can still call the Grove 6 Watch Case home. Although watches with bracelets and deployant clasps may not fit as snugly around the pillows, they can still be displayed in a manner they deserve.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MIND

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.

Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.

DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement.

We will cover all return shipping costs.
