For the collector whose wrist exceeds 7.7-inches (19.5cm), while we are yet to offer a custom pillow solution, rest assured that your watches can still call the Fraser watch case home. Although watches with bracelets and deployant clasps may not fit as snugly around the pillows, they will be held in place by the cushioned lid.

Returns

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MIND

TAWBURY offers refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Domestic Orders (Australia & United States): Returns are free, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

International Orders (Asia & New Zealand): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number.

Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to our nominated return address.

Please note that any shipping charges paid are non-refundable, and any approved refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs.

DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement.

We will cover all return shipping costs.
