If you're looking for a great watch box that isn't a thousand dollars, I believe this is the answer. The box is well-made and doesn't feel like some random Amazon item. The pillows are the real star, and the driving reason I chose Tawbury. They're actually shaped like a wrist, instead of some weird scrunchy thing. As my collection expands, I expect I will continue to choose Tawbury.

First off, I am really happy with the customer service, they really went out of their way to help me with my request and shipping issue.
The watch box and cushions are well made, the cushions sit very snug in the slots, which I really liked. They have a removable soft top that fits into the top lid, which is a good design feature, especially if you have smaller watches.
I am more than happy with my purchase.

The materials feel very nice and my watches look absolutely great in the case when not on my wrist. By far one of the best looking watch boxes around and I am very pleased with my purchase. I reached out to Jon when the hinges on my previous watch box were coming apart. Even though the previous box was out of warranty period, Jon offered a swap out the old box with a brand new one and graciously accepted that I switch to a 24 slot watch box (the previous one had 8 slots plus strap storage drawer. Loving the newer bigger watch box. Thank you for your support Jon.

What a quality product. The leather is fantastic, the stitching impeccable, and the craftsmanship outstanding. Has to be the best watch box in the market. Purchased on a Saturday and delivered on a Monday. Pretty quick turn around. But, that’s not the impressive part. I ordered extra watch pillows for my wife’s smaller wrist. At almost 11:00 pm the same night as ordering the founder of the company sends me an email clarifying my needs. He then intercepts my order rearranges the proper pillows, offers a partial refund (he contacted me to save me money) and still gets the box to me in two days. This is probably the best customer service I have ever received. But most importantly the quality , appeal, and look of the watch box is the best out there. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Bought this for my dad's birthday and the quality was amazing. Beautiful leather and stunning hinges. Additionally, Jon provided wonderful service and made sure it was delivered safely.

Great watch box. High quality at an extremely fair price!

I don't know why this doesn't cost double (or triple) the amount it does. Let go of the top and the soft-close hinges will lower down the top until you hear a very satisfying 'click' from the button locks. It just screams quality.. and i haven't even mentioned the actual box itself. Its Heavy, extremely well built... and every part that comes in contact with your watch is covered in a nice suede like material. Each slot is large enough to hold even a large diver. I don't know what more to say.. i would have paid double for this box and still happy with my purchase.

I spent time researching Watch boxes and came across Tawbury. I was very impressed with the quality I saw and the reviews that were given. I bought the 12 slot watch box for my partner for his birthday who is a watch enthusiast. He was extremely impressed with the quality, the box is well built, draws work well, and the interior is of high quality. The leather is beautiful and he loved the brown look. Jon was very responsive to my questions and the delivery was fast! Overall extremely happy for purchasing this product.

I wasn't sure if the 8 slot would be sufficient (vs 12) but it works well with 8 in the case and 4 in the tray, very happy with this watch box. Only 1 in the tray is a little tight (older Fossil with stiff 1.5 inch band). The black color looks great when contrasted with brown furniture. As others have mentioned, it's well worth the extra few dollars versus the competition (Rothwell). Small pillows work perfectly, the drawer slides easily, and arrived quickly (US).

I ordered these watch pillows only to realize later that I ordered the wrong size. They came in and are excellent quality pillows but I had to return them. They were super helpful and communicative with the return. I ordered the smaller size that they had in stock on Amazon.
