I've had this box for around 3 years. Its as good as it gets. Still functions and looks brand new. Classic.
I've been using this 12-slot watch box daily and it's been excellent. The interior is lined with a soft, suede-like material that protects every watch without leaving any marks. The build quality feels solid and premium throughout.
What really stands out are the pillows — they're the perfect size and firmness. Every watch, from slim dress pieces to bulkier divers, fits snugly and stays in place without wobbling. Just received my Bayswater 12 Slot Watch Box with Storage in Brown and couldn’t be happier! The quality, construction, and finish of this watch box is top-notch. Even more so considering how reasonable the price was. The box arrived via United States Mail in perfect condition. It was packaged with several interior boxes, which protected it all the way to Alaska. The inner most box is almost a presentation box, high-quality, attractive, and worth saving. I have to admit, finding this watch box online prompted me to send half a dozen watches that I’ve had for years out for repair (which is why there are so few watches in the box at present) and I can’t wait to get them back and on display. There are numerous watch boxes on the market, but the Tawbury watch box is top of the line in my opinion. Strongly recommended!

It's an amazing watch box and a great upgrade from my previous one for sure. The build quality feels sturdy from the few days of use and it is hefty (in a good, confidence-inspiring way). Love the color, choice of materials, and the addition of a drawer for extra straps/accessories. It's pretty much the only option I could find where I could choose the pillow sizing. I actually liked the snug fit of the pillows too.
The only suggestion for improvement is to add some kind of resistance to the hinge so that it doesn't wanna fall at the slightest of nudges and stays shut when the box is being moved around. This small upgrade with everything else being the same would make this product 5 stars!
Package was nicely delivered. We requested the package to be sent by UPS and it was not a problem at all. The box is perfect to display our watches. We are very happy with the quality and after reviewing many many boxes we are very happy we sought from Tawbury!

The team at Tawbury is awesome. I got the wrong size and the customer support couldn’t have been more helpful. In fact, I just asked if I got the right size because something seemed off, and the founder told me I had not. Then he proactively rush shipped me the right size and sent me the return label without me even needing to ask. Genuinely incredible customer service. This alone would keep me loyal to the brand. But I haven’t even discussed the watch boxes.
The products are the best of the best. Value is top tier. As a collector in the early part of my career, I’ve gravitated towards microbrands and have built up an arsenal of pieces. The Bayswater 12-slot box is the perfect home for my collection. The material is not only premium, but appears it may age and patina with time as you’d want for your own watch. Additionally, the window on the top of my box makes it so satisfying to look at my watches. And the storage drawer is perfect for straps, tools, links, and spring bars.
As I grow my collection, I see my Bayswater growing with me.

Received my storage box this week (sooner than I expected it). I have to say compared to my previous fix watch storage box (probably from Amazon), my Bayswater 12 is far superior. The quality is superb but I think the real untold story is the ability to order the size cushion you need/want. My bracelets all closed comfortably without me feeling like I was forcing things (I have a 16cm wrist). The small drawer underneath is perfect for my other accessories like spare keys and some of my knives. Overall a 10/10!

Before my Tawbury purchase, I bought a very inexpensive watch box from a large internet retailer. It was of such poor quality that I returned it immediately. Now that I've received my Tawbury Bayswater 12 Slot Watch Box, I have no regrets and could not be happier. It is a beautifully crafted, high quality piece that I will have forever and is well worth the investment. Now, I only hope to be able to buy watches that are worthy of this box!
I take watches in / out of my box daily. The cushions are terrible, and fit WAY WAY too tight in the box. They are so difficult to remove, that it risks damaging the watch as i pull on them. It is sad, with some M style cushions designed more thoughtfully, this would be a great solution. But right now AVOID

I’m sorry the pillows feel too tight for comfortable daily use.
Our pillows are designed to fit securely within each slot to keep watches stable and well-presented. With that said, in this particular production run, they are fitting more snugly than usual, and it’s something we’ve already reviewed with our manufacturer for future batches.
We’ve also seen the opposite perspective from other customers — including a recent 5-star review mentioning that “the pillows fit nice and snug into the slots” — so it can come down to personal preference and how the box is used.

This watch case is fantastic. Beautiful look and craftsmanship. The pillows fit nice and snug into the slots. The bottom drawer is perfect for additional parts storage. Unlike some other options on the market, this box has full depth slots for all the compartments in the bottom drawer which allows holding more large pieces like straps or even full watches.
