DUTIES & TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS TO ASIA REGIONS:

Any applicable import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country to the relevant authorities. Tawbury will not collect import duties/taxes.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MIND

TAWBURY offers refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Domestic Orders (Australia & United States): Returns are free, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

International Orders (Asia & New Zealand): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number.

Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to our nominated return address.

Please note that any shipping charges paid are non-refundable, and any approved refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs.

DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement.

We will cover all return shipping costs.
