Great quality watch case. I had watch cases that have same quality but multiple times the price. Soft leather and the small pillows are perfect for small wrists watches. I’m sure it will last a long time but I will definitely buy another one for my other watches :)

Great quality case for any watch collector!
Absolutely rubbish. Leather started wrinkling and coming loose from the case within a couple weeks, and when I contacted Jon from Tawbury for a replacement, he quite bluntly said that all the cases are experiencing the same issues - stay away! When I asked for a replacement with a similar product, he was quite rude and would not negotiate which I think was quite poor experience and terrible service. I have found better quality cases for half the price on eBay and Amazon and found identical cases Tawbury is selling on AliExpress - they are jacked up 80% in price because they stamped their name on it, not worth it and will never buy again or recommend these products to anyone and will continue to share my experience so dodgy, greedy stores run by individuals like Jon disappear.

I'm sorry that you were disappointed with your experience.
After receiving your enquiry, I personally inspected the little stock I had available at the time and later inspected the returned item itself. Based on those inspections, I was unable to identify a manufacturing defect that would have been resolved by sending a replacement.
While I was unable to provide the different product you requested which was at a significantly higher price point as an alternative, I did offer a return and full refund so that you wouldn't be left with a product you were unhappy with.
As a small business, I always try to handle concerns fairly and consistently for all customers. While I'm disappointed we couldn't reach an outcome that met your expectations, I wish you all the best going forward.

Incredible product. Well built and feels premium from the packaging to the stabilized pillows fitting perfectly in each slot. My collection immediately felt elevated with this watch box. Even though it’s a travel case I use it for permanent display/storage. More tasteful than a clear glass/wood box in my opinion.
The beautiful case is sewn from top to bottom with no open seams or loose threads. It's extremely study to hold and keep my watch collection safe and beautiful. I cannot ask for anything better. Well done!!!
Seriously, this is on par with much more expensive watch boxes. After looking at some options of 3X-5X the price, this is very solid. Also, the option for pillow sizes is very nice. I have some very delicate bracelets that I dont want to stretch and getting a smaller pillow of my wrist is great. Packaging and presentation was also on par with a much more expensive product.

This is the best watch case I’ve purchased over the years! It’s high quality, looks great and the option to choose a smaller pillow sizing is an excellent feature. Will be buying the 2 watch travel case soon. Would highly recommend!
A stylish case that lives up to my expectations. I do wish they made a Fraser case that could hold 10 watches, but that’s probably conflicting with its designation as a ‘travel’ case. I personally prefer its discreet design over the other display cases, so it’s not strictly used as a travel case. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that the zip gets a little snagged around the curved corners, but I have a feeling that will loosen up with use. I appreciate that Tawbury is transparent and invites constructive feedback. They also responded to my online inquiry about pillow sizes efficiently, as my wrist size was right in the overlap between the two pillow sizes.

I’ve tried cases from different vendors and find that the Tawbury line provides excellent protection with an attractive exterior, great practical interior features, at a fair price. The box and pillows are well-made. The ability to choose different pillow sizes is an important feature. When can choose from three different lines, within the brand, each with their unique features. Strongly recommend.
The individual watch compartments are quite deep. Perfect for the larger thicker watches. I love that the cushions come in x-small sizes since I have a small wrist. Very well made and good value for the money.
I have few Tawbury Fraser cases. It’s definitely the best option to storage my watches. I had several brands, and this is definitely the best.

Phenomenal watch box. Im using this one in addition to another Tawbury case for my entire collection. Pillows fit well, inside is very plush and soft, and the PU leather outside is nice quality. Love these cases!
Incredibly well made case. Value for the money is high with this one. I have used a few cases and finally landed on what I think is the perfect case for my use case - storage in a safe for 8 watch case and travel with a 2 watch case. I purchased the taupe 8 watch case and a brown 2 watch case. Not sure either color is better, both are very good looking. The leather is supple with a nice texture.
For this 8 watch case, the pillows in the center are not as snug as the outer 4 pillows. A minor nit and it does not take away from the functionality and security of holding our watches.
Would buy again if I was allowed to own more watches!
